® STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
1.Customer selected ROPERS's product models.
2.Customer Informed ROPERS the models number and specifications by e-
Mail or fax, then advise the requirements clearly and other details, such
As:Tensile strength, supporting documents, packaging (OEM's customer
Applicable), the place of receipt, mode of transport, payment terms and
Trade term.
3.ROPERS will respond and send the sample out for approval within
Seven days.We will take note if there is any change.
4.After getting the approval of sample, please send purchase order to
ROPERS by fax or e-mail.We will respond and confirm within 2 days.
5.Our Sales pass the order information to production line.Production Line
Will Inform Material Control Department and Quality Assurance department
To go to next step.
6.Materials Control Department will use batch number to control the
use of raw materials and provide more detail products traceability.
7.After producing the first product, Production line and Quality Assurance
will test the product and retain the testing record.
8.After sample approvals for trial run, we will go into mass production. The
period is about 10 working days. In accordance with ISO procedures.
9.After completion product production, ROPERS will do FQC to ensure that
product's specification and packaging meet the requirements of customer's.
The process takes about 20 to 30 working days.
10.ROPERS will inform customers cargo released date. Contact us if you need more details on Rope. We are ready to answer your questions on packaging, logistics, certification or any other aspects about Anchor Line、Dock Line.
