Main features
YKA-150L anchor drilling rig is a new, efficient and multi-function drill developed by our company on the basis of mine, well and anchoring. With unique water-air dual structure, it is an ideal drill for the construction of more complex strata.
This rig is used in drilling Anchor Rope and bolt hole, also be used in well, pipe shed, blasting hole, micro pile hole and other engineering construction.
1.It is suitable for soil layer, sand pebble layer and weathered rock layer. It is suitable for drilling with DTH drilling, concentric casing, eccentric casing, spiral drilling and other anchoring technologies.
2.Equipped with vehicle-mounted hydraulic mud pump or water pump, rapid conversion mechanism of mud and air drilling.
3.Multi-hole Angle, suitable for the complex site of foundation pit, slope corner drilling.
4.Track floating, leg leveling, hydraulic winch, hydraulic gripper, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency.
5.Optional semi-automatic receiving and unloading system can realize semi-automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe.
6.The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent air-cooled hydraulic oil radiator, which can be equipped with a water-cooled radiator to ensure the continuous operation of drilling under high temperature and other climate conditions in different regions, and the hydraulic system works efficiently.
