Electric wire rope hoist application
· Our traveling electric hoists can be installed on various kinds of cranes or suspended on I-beam to do some straight or curve motions.
· Fixed electric hoists can be installed on fixed support to do some vertical motions.

Structure layout of electric wire rope hoists
The electric hoist is composed of lifting mechanism, traveling mechanism except fixed type electric hoist, and electric parts. The structure of electric hoist is shown in the following drawing:
Features of electric wire rope hoist traveling mechanism
· Wheel tread is straight when used on box girder or H beam and it could be circular arc when used with I-beam.
· Traveling speed is 20 m/ min, however 30 m/min is also possible.
· If 1-5 ton capacity with 12m or higher lifting height, a driven trolley is necessary.

· Protection grade of control box is IP55 which is also water-proof.
· The main power source is optional.
· Safe touch line has high electrical conduction and low pressure.
